Simple Bag Service - Prices From £2 per bag!

We offer 2 different types of bags and you are able to choose which option you would prefer.

We have our extra strong, one-use polythene bags which are secured with a red zip lock tags and also our extra strong paper bags which are self sealing.  Both options are simple to use, cost-effective and convenient.

Both our polythene and paper bags are 100 micron thick and are designed not to split during lifting or handling – conventional rubbish sacks are normally 25 microns meaning our bags are 4 times stronger!  The bags are 100% recyclable and as we supply them to you from new, they always look neat and tidy and suitable for use in your office areas.

WE DO NOT USE, reusable hessian sacks at anytime – this eliminates any risk of the bags not being emptied properly prior to re-use. By using Highlander single use sacks, which never leave our building once your confidential waste paper has been collected, you entirely remove any risk of your documents inadvertently being passed from “pillar to post” meaning your documents will never come back to bite you!

Archive Box Clearance

If you currently have your paperwork stored in archive boxes, we are happy to collect these as they are thus eliminating the need to double handle the material into bags.  We can collect any sized box – such as  folder/banker boxes – and also plastic crates or tubs.  With our range of collection vehicles 17 strong, we have a collection solution for every destruction need!

Cabinet Service

Our office cabinet service is ideal for ongoing confidential waste volumes to ensure that your office is GDPR compliant.

They are aesthetically pleasing and blend into the office environment with your other furniture – we can supply them in a wide range of colours and designs to suit your particular requirements.  The cabinets measure 900*500*500mm

These lockable units come with inner bag which our collection team simply exchanges either on a schedule or on your request, when full. These cabinets allow confidential waste to be stored securely prior to collection but more importantly, they restrict access to the confidential materials using a key lock system, which means the cabinets can only be opened by either a Highlander collection operative or nominated key holders of your company. This cabinet service allows you to evidence that you are fulfilling your GDPR obligations.

Bespoke Coloured cabinets – We are delighted to present our range of specially coloured office cabinets, which are ideal for ongoing, GDPR compliant, confidential waste volumes.  We can supply them in a wide range of colours and designs to suit your particular requirements and they come with the same range of security features as standard coloured cabinets.

Bespoke Wrapped cabinet service – Highlander are able to provide a unique, cabinet wrapping service meaning we can tailor the cabinets to your exact office environment! Junior Cabinet Service – Highlander are also able to provide new “Junior cabinets” which are ideal for office areas with restricted space or if each desk requires a cabinet to be situated underneath, these cabinets provide a tidy, secure solution!  The cabinets measure 635*500*500mm.  We can provide junior cabinets in a range of different colours and bespoke design options meaning we have a junior cabinet for every office and occasion! Wheeled Office Bins

Our high capacity office wheelie bin service, is ideal for ongoing confidential waste volumes. They are perfect for an office environment where you need to move the bin to different confidential waste generation points as they are light, nimble and easy to transport.  Our bins are available in 3 different sizes –  120l, 240l and 660l!

While our standard corporate colours are blue, we can supply these in a range of colours and bespoke design options meaning we have a wheeled bin for every office and occasion! Click here for the colour options we can provide

These lockable units are simply swapped over by our collection team either on a schedule or on your request when full. They are also ideal for other workplace environments where confidential waste is generated such as print rooms, mail rooms, warehouses, dispatch areas etc. These bins allow confidential waste to be stored securely prior to collection but more importantly, they restrict access to the confidential materials using a key lock system, which means the wheeled bins can only be opened by either a Highlander collection operative or nominated key holders of your company.

They also come with a “no return” confidential paper slot on the lid of the bin, so while paper can seamlessly be placed in the bin, it cannot be removed from the bin by using the opening as an access point.

Large Volume Collections

For larger volumes of confidential waste, we can provide a collection solution that meets your needs!

We have walk-in containers from 18 cubic yards to 35 cubic yards, 3.5 tons box van truck with and without tail lift and 7.5 ton to 44 ton curtain side vehicles.  We can collect pallets of archive boxes and can collect up to 28 pallets in one collection!  We can also assist you with any size of bulk document clearance and can provide a full labour option where we take care of all the handling from your premises to our destruction centre – anything you need to ensure your confidential waste paper is collected and transported efficiently and securely from your location, to our custom built “More destructive than a Great White” security shredding facility in East Kilbride, so at no time, will your documents EVER come back to bite you!
